Vendor Exhibit Package: The vendor exhibit will be in the Vendor room directly off the training area. All breaks will be held in vendor room.

Space is limited to 40 vendors’ and demand as always is expected to exceed capacity, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Registration Fees are nonrefundable however insurance is offered by the registration company.

Room rate is $198.00, reservations are the vendor’s responsibility.

The Vendors have option to display at cocktail reception on May 23rd from 5:30pm –7pm.

Exhibit package includes: 6’ table, 2 chairs and table linen with skirting. Link from our web site to yours until 12/1/24. All breakfasts, Lunches, and the Pig Roast Dinner for two persons. $250 for additional person this will include all breakfasts, lunch, and Pig Roast Dinner (Award dinner not included in any vendor package)

**Vendor registration is nonrefundable. New England NEOA will make every effort to resell you vendor spot to another vendor and apply that sale price back to you minus a 15% administration fee.
